Mobile Banking employs the highest security thanks to multiple layers of authentication, 128-bit SSL encryption, PIN, or password access and application time-out when your phone is not in use.  Only the phones that you personally enroll can access your accounts.  In addition, no account data is ever stored on your phone.  And in the event your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either logging into your Valley Bank Online Banking Account or calling us at (540) 342-2265.

You must be a Valley Bank Online Banking customer to use Mobile Banking.  If you are not a current Valley Bank Online customer but would like to sign up for Online Banking please visit one of our eight convenient locations.  Once you have signed up for Online Banking, you will be able to enroll for Mobile Banking.  If you need personal assistance setting up Mobile Banking, please visit any one of our nine convenient locations.  Any Valley Bank employee will be happy to assist you.
